Musketäri Majad
Musketäri Majad is a new development by Pro Kapital in Kristiine City. The project came to us at such an early stage that we also had the opportunity to create its name. We found a name to sit alongside the existing Ratsuri and Kindrali buildings – one that reflects the playful, garden-city character of Kristiine, brings the three buildings together, and continues the naming theme of the surrounding developments.
In addition to the name, we created a modern, friendly and slightly fairytale-like brand identity, combining distinctive typography, soft colours and hand-painted watercolour illustrations.
The website captures the character of the entire development and communicates its key selling points, introduces the interiors and architecture, and helps visitors easily find a home that suits them. To make this possible, the website features an interactive price list with marked floor plans, detailed layouts and filtering options. Video content adds an extra layer of movement and atmosphere to the experience.
